Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States only.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days after dispatch. During peak seasons, delays may occur.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate of $4.99.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 3–5 days for tracking to update.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are forwarded to our supplier quickly after placement. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at nobilaire.store/pages/contact-us and we'll do our best to help.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery if your item arrived damaged, defective, significantly different from the description, or was lost in transit.
Do I need to return the item?
In most cases, no. We do not require physical returns for damaged or incorrect items.
What items are non-returnable?
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Products & Sizing
How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart. We recommend checking it carefully before ordering as sizing can vary between styles.
Do colors look exactly as shown?
We do our best to display accurate colors, but slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and manufacturing tolerances.
Are your products good quality?
We carefully select products from trusted suppliers. All items are reviewed for quality before being listed in our store.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and PayPal. We never store your card details.
